Customer Satisfaction Policy
At Riverbend Ranch, we take pride in delivering premium beef directly from our ranch to your table. Because our products are perishable, they cannot be restocked or resold, and therefore we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will gladly work with you to resolve any issues with your order.
We ask that you open your box as soon as it arrives. If anything appears incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee Covers
- Order accuracy – You will receive the products you ordered.
- Condition – Your products will arrive chilled or frozen, vacuum-sealed, and in excellent condition.
Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Incorrect shipping address – We guarantee delivery only to the address provided at checkout or on your subscription order.
- Failure to promptly retrieve your order once delivery has been made.
- Refused deliveries – Please do not refuse delayed packages. Accept the delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue. We are unable to fulfill our guarantee if a package is refused.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away. Because we cannot physically inspect the product, we may ask for photos of the product labels and any visible damage to help us evaluate and resolve the issue.
