Prime Rib Roast

Very tender and flavorful Much better quality than local grocery stores or meat markets

This was a gift to my sister, a true carnivore. Sge lives in the Upper Penninsula of Mi and does not gave access to prime beef. She had tried Butcherbox and wasn't real impressed. She loves your beef!

This was a great rib roast! I was worried about ordering meat online (son of a butcher) but this was a top-shelf cut. I also got some ribs that they left sooo much meat on. I will be ordering again. And again.
