Absolutely the best tasting Beef ever!! Amazing!!

Original review:....The shipment was never delivered. Initially I noticed your ordering system defaulted to my own address when it was to be delivered to someone else. I called your customer service number and waited for several HOURS...then left a message to return my call. I received that day and was told it was my fault (I disagree...I changed it myself and your system changed it back). I was told there was nothing you could do to help me and I needed to contact UPS myself. I did contact UPS and paid to have the delivery address changed. The shipment was NOT delivered and referred for "Return to Sender".....I have not received a refund....

Update:....Riverbend contacted me both by phone and by email the same day after my initial review. The shipment was verified as having been returned to them. It was unfortunate the delivery address got messed up and UPS did not follow through with the corrected address. However, Riverbend did the right thing and refunded my purchase price in full without giving me any run-around!......Thank you!

Tender

I don’t write reviews however I’m making an exception. This is by far the best steaks we’ve ever had!! I have a relative that purchases from O___a & they are not bad but not as tender or flavorful as Riverbend steaks. We are definitely buying all our steaks from Riverbend .

We have loved our beef! The flavor was fabulous. We will definitely be ordering again.
